During the 2008 Financial Crisis, members of the Silmar Team were a part of the largest Foreclosure Acquisition Group in South Florida.
By 2011, the team was able to reposition and manage over 3,500 transacted properties in the South Florida Market; growing the fund from $60 to almost $200 Million within 3 years.
