Where do I get started?

We offer online courses as well as live classroom courses for Sales Associates and Brokers. Click our courses tab above to see more detailed information on the courses we offer.

Where are the classes given?

You can take our courses online via this website, or if you prefer in-person teaching our Live-classroom courses are offered at our location:

What are your operating hours?

We're available over the phone Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Our in-person classes are held Monday through Friday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm EST.

Can I speak with an instructor directly?

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Can I return a course?

Students whom have purchased a live classroom course, shall request a return with our department no later than 72 hours from the course date. “No-Shows” or late cancellations will not be rewarded a return.Please email our department at

for a return request.

Is there a deadline for purchasing a course?

We do not have a deadline for course purchases, but we do have a limited quantity of space for our live classes. We recommend our students to purchase with plenty of time in advance, to ensure the course availability.

What are the requirements for getting my license?

We are open to everyone that can abide by these criteria.

Sales Associate Pre-Licensing Requirements:

Must be 18 Years or Older to Register.

Valid United States Social Security Number

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Broker Pre-Licensing Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Valid United States Social Security Number

Must show proof of one of the following:
Has been registered as an active sales associate for at least 24 months during the preceding 5 years under one or more brokers.

Has held a current and valid real estate sales associate's license for at least 24 months during the preceding 5 years in the employ of a governmental agency for a salary and performing the duties authorized in Chapter 475, F.S.;

Has held a current and valid real estate broker's license for at least 24 months during the preceding 5 years in any other state, territory, or jurisdiction of the United States, or in any foreign national jurisdiction.
